You built your business and know how it should operate. Your technology should operate that way too.

You've spent years bending your workflow to match what your tools can do. FORGE builds custom business technology that fits how you actually operate — delivered at fixed prices, in weeks, with AI where it counts.

See how it works

Your business isn't average. The reason it works — the reason it grew — is the specific way you run it.

The Diagnostic

Here's a test.

Think about one of your core business workflows — the one with the biggest impact on your revenue or margin. Does your technology let this operation run exactly the way you want it to? Or have you had to modify your process to fit the tool?

If you answered "I've had to modify our process," you're describing something almost universal among growing businesses. It's not a choice you made — it's the default state of running on software built for someone else's average customer.

You don't have to live with this anymore.

The Tell

If you've said any of these out loud, you're not alone.

Every growing business we talk to uses one or more of these phrases — usually without realizing they're describing the same problem. Read through them. If even one lands, keep reading.

We do it this way because the tool kind of forces us to.

The Compromise

Well, then we export that to Excel and...

The Workaround

We ended up going with this one because it was the closest to what we needed.

The Compromise

Someone on our team owns keeping that up to date.

The Workaround

It worked fine when we were smaller.

The Breaking Point

Yeah, that part is manual.

The Workaround

We hired someone whose job is basically to manage the tool.

The Breaking Point

We asked them about that, but it's not on their roadmap.

The Resignation

Every time we grow, our bill goes up.

The Resignation

I wish we could just...

The Wish

Recognize any of those? Let's talk about what to build instead.

What We Build

Real solutions, built for the way you actually work.

Every FORGE engagement starts with the way your business actually operates — then builds the technology around it. Filter by your industry to see examples.

Build+

Custom operations layer for freight brokers

Your TMS handles the standard lanes. Everything else — margin visibility, custom customer rules, exception workflows — lives in spreadsheets your team reconciles manually. We build the layer that captures all of it.

Our TMS can't handle that customer, so we built a spreadsheet.

10–15 hours/week reclaimed per ops person
Logistics
Automate

Auto-reconciliation of customer billing

Month-end billing requires cross-referencing rate sheets, accessorials, and customer-specific rules. AI does the matching, flags variances, and produces a clean invoice package for review — in minutes instead of days.

We export everything to Excel at month-end to reconcile.

Month-end cycle cut from days to hours
Logistics
Build

Custom quote management with margin visibility

Quotes that auto-calculate margin by lane, customer, and service type — with the rules and exceptions your business actually operates on. Your sales team quotes faster and never gives away margin they didn't mean to.

Every quote goes through three people before it goes out.

Quote cycle time cut 40–60%, margin protected per lane
Logistics
Build

Custom shop floor dashboard

Your ERP handles accounting. Your whiteboard handles the real schedule. We build the dashboard that shows what's on the floor right now — WIP, capacity, schedule — the way your foremen actually think about it. The ERP stays; the whiteboard goes.

We keep the real schedule on a whiteboard.

Schedule decisions made from data, not memory
Manufacturing
Automate

AI-assisted quoting from customer drawings

Customer sends a drawing or spec. AI extracts materials, operations, and complexity signals. Your estimator reviews and adjusts instead of starting from a blank spreadsheet. Quotes go out faster and pricing stays consistent.

Our cost estimates are done in a spreadsheet that only [name] knows how to use.

Quote turnaround time cut 50%+, pricing consistency improved
Manufacturing
Build+

Custom job costing + scheduling platform

A unified view of every job — real labor, materials, machine time, and margin — the way your business actually measures things. Replaces the spreadsheet empire without replacing your ERP.

Every custom job becomes a custom project in its own spreadsheet.

Accurate per-job margin visibility, often reveals 10–30% of jobs underpriced
Manufacturing
Build

Intelligent intake and matter routing

Client fills out a smart intake form. AI classifies the matter type and complexity. Conflict check runs automatically. CRM record is created. The right attorney gets routed to — with full context. Your admin team stops rekeying.

Clio doesn't really work for how our practice area runs.

Intake-to-engaged cycle cut by 50–70%
Law Firms
Automate

AI-driven document request & collection

Client engagement triggers a tailored document request sequence. AI chases missing items, reminds clients, extracts key data on receipt, and flags anomalies — so your attorneys open a complete file on day one.

Our document request process is a mess — clients hate it.

Case setup time cut 60–75%, client experience dramatically improved
Law Firms
Build+

Practice-area-specific platform

A custom matter management platform built for how your specialty actually operates — PI, complex litigation, boutique corporate, estate. Custom billing review, practice-specific workflows, client portal, dashboards that matter.

We have a matter type for that, but nobody uses it correctly.

Realization rate improved 3–8%, admin capacity redeployed to billable work
Law Firms
Automate

AI-assisted client document collection

Tax season doesn't have to be a scramble. AI sends tailored document requests per client, chases missing items, auto-categorizes documents on receipt, and flags anomalies before they cost your firm review time.

We send the same email sequence ten times a day manually.

Client onboarding time cut by 60–75%
Accounting
Build

Custom client onboarding & workflow

Your generic practice management tool treats every engagement the same. Your firm doesn't. We build workflows tailored to tax, audit, advisory, and specialty engagements — so the system supports how you actually deliver.

Every client onboarding is slightly different and the software doesn't handle that.

Administrative time per engagement reduced, partner capacity expanded
Accounting
Build+

Post-acquisition operations layer for PE-rollup firms

Consolidating firms inherit multiple practice management tools. We build the operations layer that sits above them — unified client data, portfolio-wide profitability visibility, and standardized workflows while legacy tools are phased out.

Every acquired portfolio comes with its own system and we can't consolidate.

Portfolio-level visibility from week one, integration timeline halved
Accounting
Build+

Multi-location operations overlay

Post-acquisition, your locations are on two or three different field service platforms. Replacing any of them is politically impossible. We build the overlay that makes them talk — consolidated dispatch, unified P&L, GM dashboards that reflect the real business.

We have two locations on ServiceTitan and one on Housecall Pro — nobody wants to pick.

Integration timeline cut from 18 months to 4–6
Home Services
Automate

Auto-dispatch from central call center

Calls come into a central number. AI classifies the service type, urgency, and location — then routes the job to the right crew at the right location with full context. Dispatchers handle exceptions, not routine routing.

Dispatch works differently at every location and we need to standardize.

Dispatcher capacity doubled, response times improved across locations
Home Services
Build

Custom commission engine

ServiceTitan and Housecall Pro can't handle your commission structure. You've been calculating it in a spreadsheet since the first acquisition. We build the engine that handles tiered, location-specific, and role-specific commissions — with the audit trail to back it up.

Our commission structure is too complex for ServiceTitan to handle.

Commission accuracy + speed, technician trust restored

Prevailing wage & DBE compliance automation

Federal and prevailing wage jobs require specific reporting that takes 2–3 FTEs at most mid-size GCs. We automate the compliance package — weekly certified payroll, DBE tracking, submission-ready documentation — so your people can run projects instead of reports.

Prevailing wage compliance is killing us — it's three people just on reporting.

2–3 FTEs of compliance effort reclaimed
Contractors
Build

Custom bid management system

Your bid process lives in Outlook, Excel, and a shared drive. We build a proper bid management system — templates, owner-required reporting formats, subcontractor bid intake, margin visibility — so your estimators spend time winning work, not chasing files.

Our bid process is still mostly in Outlook and Excel.

Bid cycle time cut substantially, win rate visibility for the first time
Contractors
Build+

Full GovCon compliance + weekly job costing

Federal construction work has compliance requirements most mid-size GCs can't meet cleanly. We build the integrated system — compliance automation, weekly (not monthly) job costing, owner-specific reporting — that lets you bid and win work your competitors can't touch.

We can't bid on federal work yet because our reporting isn't clean enough.

Ability to bid and win larger or federal work previously out of reach

Automate

Custom owner reporting generator

Each owner wants a different format. AppFolio's standard reports don't fit. Your property managers spend weekends building them by hand. We automate the generation — custom format per owner, delivered on schedule, no manual work.

Every owner wants a different report, and we build them by hand.

20–40 hours/month reclaimed per property manager
Property Mgmt
Build

Custom maintenance coordination

Tenant requests arrive by text, email, voicemail, and portal. Your team reconciles them by hand and dispatches vendors from a spreadsheet. We build the system that unifies intake, routes jobs to the right vendor, and tracks everything through completion.

Our maintenance workflow lives in text messages and a spreadsheet.

Maintenance response times cut, owner satisfaction up, vendor accountability visible
Property Mgmt
Build+

Mixed-portfolio operations layer

Residential + commercial + student in one workflow — instead of three systems that don't talk. Portfolio-wide analytics AppFolio or Yardi can't produce. Investor-grade reporting that strengthens capital relationships. An overlay on your existing stack, not a replacement.

AppFolio is fine for the basics, but our commercial properties don't really fit.

Unified mixed-portfolio ops, investor-grade reporting

Frequently Asked

The questions operators actually ask.

If you have another question not covered here, raise it on the discovery call — we'd rather answer it honestly up front than have it become a surprise mid-engagement.

Automate solves a process — you hand us the task and we make it run. It might live inside your existing tools (email, CRM, spreadsheets) using AI and automation logic. Build delivers a product — your team gets a dedicated application with its own login, interface, and data model. The simplest test: if you want a task handled for you, it's Automate. If you want a system your team works inside of, it's Build.
That's what the discovery call is for. Most businesses don't know which tier fits until we walk through the process together. We'll name a recommended tier on that call. If we're genuinely between tiers, we'll tell you — and we'll tell you which way the scoping session is likely to push the answer before you pay for it.
We spend 2–3 hours with your team defining exactly what gets built — screens, workflows, integrations, user roles, outcomes. You leave with a scoping document that becomes your contract scope if you proceed. If you don't proceed, the document is yours to keep. We've had prospects use the scoping document to go get quotes from other developers. We think that's fair — the work we did to produce it is genuinely yours.
Hosting, security patches, bug fixes, a monthly check-in call (up to 60 minutes), and up to 2 hours of minor maintenance per month. It doesn't cover new features, new user roles, or new integrations — those are scope increases, priced separately. We're explicit about the boundary because "scope creep" is how every software project goes over budget. Fixed scope is how we keep the promise we made at signing.
Payment for the build is upfront, after the scoping session is complete and you've signed the agreement. Monthly hosting begins on acceptance of the delivered software, with a 12-month minimum commitment. Upfront payment keeps us accountable to the delivery date instead of the billing schedule.
During the hosting period, C Infinity retains IP ownership. You own your data at all times and can export it whenever you want. After 36 months of continuous service, you have the option to buy out the code. If you prefer to keep us hosting, your monthly rate drops to 70% after the 36-month mark. It's an intentionally different model from "you own everything from day one" because it keeps the upfront cost lower and aligns our incentive to build software we're proud to maintain long-term.
We'll tell you before you've spent anything beyond 30 minutes of your time. The discovery call is where we figure out whether FORGE is the right fit — and if it's not, we'll say so directly. If we can't project meaningful operational impact, we'd rather lose the engagement than build something that doesn't move the needle. If we discover a scope problem partway through a build (rare, but it happens), we work with you to rescope or refund the unbilled portion.
We offer structured scope increase packages: $3K for a simple enhancement (one new workflow and a few screens) or $5K for a moderate enhancement (new integrations, user roles, or multiple new workflows). Anything larger gets quoted individually. Most FORGE clients end up doing at least one scope increase in the first year — the software reveals new opportunities once it's running.
FORGE includes a catalog of add-on modules for specialized requirements across five categories: Compliance & Security (readiness work, SSO, audit logging), Payments & Billing (Stripe, invoicing, QuickBooks/Xero sync), Communication & Notifications (transactional email, SMS, Slack/Teams), Data & Infrastructure (analytics, data migration, multi-tenancy, API access), and User Experience (web+mobile dual build, client portals, document management). Modules are scoped and priced during the scoping session — we'll tell you which ones apply to your build and what they'll cost before you sign.

It's a fair question — and the short answer is no, this isn't vibe-coded software.

FORGE is engineered software, delivered by real AI-development engineers using Conntinuum, C Infinity's proprietary development platform. Conntinuum doesn't replace engineering judgment — it accelerates it. Our team uses it to move faster through the well-understood parts of building software (scaffolding, boilerplate, standard patterns, test coverage) so they can spend their time on the parts that actually matter for your business: architecture, workflow logic, data modeling, integration, and the specifics of how your operation works.

What you get is software that's been designed, reviewed, and tested by engineers — not generated wholesale from a prompt. The AI makes the team faster; it doesn't make the decisions. That's why our fixed-price model works: we've built a repeatable engineering practice, not a shortcut.

Automate: 2–6 weeks. Build: 4–10 weeks. Build+: 6–14 weeks. We move faster than traditional development because we've invested heavily in internal tooling and AI-assisted development — the same core methodology we use for our larger enterprise clients, optimized for the FORGE scale. Speed isn't the point, though. The point is predictability: if we commit to a date in the agreement, we deliver on that date.
FORGE is designed for focused, single-application engagements. If you need a large-scale enterprise platform, multi-system transformation, or a dedicated engineering team, you want our Innovate service line — that's where we build at enterprise scale with team-based engagements rather than fixed tiers. A discovery call can quickly determine which side of the line you're on.

Your business, as software. Not approximately. Not mostly. Exactly.

30 minutes, free, no pitch. We'll tell you if FORGE is the right fit — and if it's not, we'll say so.
